Job description

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist who will support end users, manage IT equipment, and help maintain a reliable and professional digital workplace experience across the organization. This role combines user support, hardware management, asset administration, and cooperation with multiple IT teams in an international environment. Your responsibilities: Provide professional and efficient IT support for end users. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software. Troubleshoot and replace IT accessories and peripheral devices. Support hardware purchasing and replacement processes. Manage IT assets and inventory. Support physical LAN infrastructure and network patching. Create and maintain technical documentation in Confluence. Document workarounds, known issues, and standard procedures. Escalate incidents and requests to relevant IT teams when needed. Support continuous improvement of IT support processes and user experience. Required: At least 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Intermediate English level.
