This role drives revenue growth, ensures brand standard execution, and strengthens franchise relationships through strategic coaching, financial oversight, and operational support. The Director works closely with Franchise Owners to optimize performance, improve profitability, and maintain system-wide consistency. Periodic travel and in-market club visits are required. This job requires to travel to every franchise as well as leading calls with the team. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary liaison and strategic advisor to Franchise Owners - Conduct weekly check-ins and lead structured monthly performance reviews - Analyze KPIs and financial statements (P&L, balance sheet) to identify growth opportunities - Support new club development including site approvals, territorial mapping, and SWOT analysis - Conduct regular in-market visits to ensure operational excellence and brand compliance - Provide coaching to improve...
