Sign On Bonus Eligible Default Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Hours: 40 Salary range: $48.09 - $78.18 Schedule: Full Time Shift Hours: 8 Hour employee Department: Inpatient Specialty Programs Job Objective: Coordinates individualized assistance to patients, families, and caregivers who are seeking palliative care interventions and help overcome healthcare system barriers. As a professional registered nurse with specific clinical knowledg, uses the nursing process to provide education and resources which facilitate informed decision making while supporting quality health and psycho social care through all phases of the care continuum. Education: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Master’s degree in Nursing or enrollment in an RN-Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or RN-Master’s degree in Nursing program within 1 year of hire and completion within 5 years of hire if hired after July 1, 2012 Preferred: Master’s degree in Nursing Licensure/Certification: Required: California RN licensure, American Heart Association BLS Preferred: Certified in specialty practice area Experience: Required: Two (2) to Five (5) years in clinical setting Knowledge of current nursing, medical an...
