Location: Apollo Mechanical has an immediate opening for a self ‑ motivated Safety Representative to join a high ‑ functioning construction project team in Umatilla, OR. This role plays a key part in supporting project success by coordinating and administering site safety programs in alignment with federal, state, local, and company safety and occupational health standards. The Safety Professional will serve as a trusted safety resource for assigned project teams, providing on ‑ site leadership, coaching, and guidance with the shared goal of ensuring every employee goes Home Healthy – Home Safe at the end of each shift. Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate brings a combination of field awareness, organizational strength, and a proactive approach to safety. Experience or proficiency in the following is considered a strong plus: · Strong computer knowledge and skills · Strong attention to detail · Excellent organizational skills · Strong tracking and follow up skills · Working knowledge of regulatory requirements related to safety and health in a construction environment. · Working knowledge of OSHA 1926 Safety and Health Regulations for Construction.
