AI Systems Administrator

Job description

Responsible for the administration, security, governance, and operational support of the firms approved AI platforms and services. Ensures AI tools are deployed responsibly, securely, and in alignment with business objectives, compliance requirements, and best practices. Focuses on platform operations, access management, system integrations, and cost oversight for tools including Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and custom AI solutions built on Microsoft Azure. Administration and support of enterprise AI platforms, including Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and firm-developed AI solutions hosted in Azure, ensuring availability, performance, and compliance with Firm policies. Works with APIs, connectors, and automation tools to enable secure and approved data access for AI systems while preserving ethical walls, matter confidentiality, and Firm governance requirements. Assisting with vendor coordination, platform updates, feature enablement, and operational troubleshooting.
