Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM and Wednesday 7 AM to 2 PM; OFF Friday, Saturday and Sunday! Job Summary: The MRI Front Desk Receptionist greets, instructs, directs, and schedules patients and visitors. This individual serves as a liaison between patient and medical support staff. Key Accountabilities: Increased patient satisfaction, co-pay collection, referral capture, time stamping accuracy, accuracy in demographic and insurance capture, time management (attendance and overtime), chart prep for insurance, co-pay and referral, and cross training to assist in other areas. Essential Duties: Greets patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner. Checks in patients, verifies and updates demographic and insurance information in all appropriate places.
