ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Daylesford Organic in Notting Hill . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and has a genuine interest in organic food, sustainability, and premium retail. At Daylesford, our produce is at the heart of everything we do. Much of what we sell comes directly from our organic farm in the Cotswolds, where we have been pioneering sustainable farming for over 40 years. You will play a key role in bringing this story to life for our customers sharing knowledge about where products come from, how they are grown or made, and why that matters. You will support the Retail Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring exceptional standards across customer service, visual merchandising, and operational performance.
