About the role: Our Workplace Relations and Employment team is seeking a passionate Senior Associate with a background in safety, to join our Brisbane team. Working closely with our Partners, this is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing lawyer to continue growing their career and establish themselves as a recognised expert in the safety space. This role provides genuine autonomy and the ability to take ownership of your practice and client relationships. A key focus of the role will be advising and representing employers in safety matters, including in prosecutions and dealings with regulators, and becoming a trusted first port of call for clients when workplace incidents occur. The role will also involve engaging with our established client base to provide effective, commercial advice and representation.
