Location: EC1V: Annual Salary: £29,400: Hours/Working Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 7pm-7am (Nights) What You'll Be Doing: Welcome and Assist: Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home. Handle queries and assist with maintenance requests. Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and escalate concerns as needed. Security: Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety. Parcel Management: Handle and record deliveries for residents ensuring a smooth communication and pick up. Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.
