Postion Summary BC Systems, Inc is a distribution and cooling company of raw agricultural products. The maintenance team provides mechanical support for all facilities and equipment used in our operations. Responsible for maintenance of Vacuum Tube Cooling systems, refrigerated warehouse and process spaces, refrigerated production processes and all related refrigeration equipment (compressors, condensers, evaporators, valve sets, vessels, insulation repair, process controls, electrical troubleshooting). Performs standard repair and maintenance on all vacuum cooling processes, ammonia refrigeration, halocarbon refrigeration, and vacuum pumps at the facility. Position Functions: Troubleshoots process controls to the PLC level as required. Ensures proper water treatment practices relative to the condensing tower. May serve as team lead on more complex projects or independently perform standard assignments either for a single area of the plant or across departments as needed.
