Product Manager, Measurement NovaTech Automation | Fully Remote (North/South America time zones) | Up to 15% travel About the Role: This role is responsible for NovaTech's electrical power measurement product portfolio — from initial strategy and development through launch, support, and end-of-life. You'll serve as the internal subject matter expert for power measurement devices used in substation and grid edge applications, and act as the voice of the customer by translating utility and grid edge market needs into clear, actionable product requirements. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Roadmap: - Develop and maintain a product strategy for the measurement portfolio that aligns with NovaTech's mission and long-term goals - Build and update a product roadmap that reflects both short- and long-term development plans, keeping pace with market and customer needs - Identify opportunities for product line expansion, including adjacent applications and emerging grid modernization trends - Evaluate build vs. buy vs. partner options for new product capabilities Market Analysis & Customer Engagement: - Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and the compe...
