THE ROLE: As a Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) , you will serve as a trusted advisor and customer advocate, personalizing the Everpure and Portworx experience for our clients. You'll build strong relationships, manage the end-to-end post-sales journey, and act as a subject matter expert by bridging communication between customers and our internal teams. Your mission will be to ensure successful deployment, drive adoption, and deliver value realization that contributes to renewals and growth.
