About the Role Under general supervision, the Senior Trust Operations Support Specialist is responsible for Unique Asset accounting and settlement, with a specialization in mineral interests, partnerships, and closely held assets. This role supports trust operations through accurate asset processing, coordination of data feeds, technology support, and ongoing process improvement across Trust Operations. The Impact You’ll Make: Manage Unique Asset records, including receipts, transfers, and dispositions for mineral interests, partnerships, and closely held assets Process mineral interest payments and expenses in compliance with the Income and Principal Act and IRS tax reporting standards Analyze Joint Interest Billing statements for working interests Update market values of mineral interests annually in accordance with policies and procedures Reconcile Unique Assets with the Trust Accounting System Complete annual oil and gas reviews with external vendors and trust partners Coordinate with third-party vendors to establish and maintain data feeds to data aggregators Perform directed trustee daily reconciliations: Serve as an in-house resource for technology applications and operation...
