We provide a unified Operating System for health professionals that spans appointment management, electronic health records, teleconsultations, billing, patient communication, care coordination, and – increasingly – embedded AI features. Our platform powers 25M appointments and 8M health reminders monthly, with a team of 900+ in Tech & Product. We believe technology & AI can help people be healthier. To make that happen, we're building both a revolutionary OS for health professionals and a health companion for people that integrates seamlessly with our OS. This companion harnesses AI, clinical expertise, and comprehensive health data, all within an accessible and modern design. To drive this ambition, we’re strengthening the Health Companion team working on the AI Health Assistant.
