Glaston America, Inc. is actively seeking a field service technician to assist with the installation and technical support of high precision glass processing equipment across North America. Qualified candidates will be skilled in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering in an industrial environment, exhibit strong hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude, be a team player, and enjoy traveling. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer focus are also critical. Up to 80% travel is required. Our corporate office is located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey although the position is open for any applicants based in the United States. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: · Glaston Care services for Glaston HT machineries. · Installation, start-up, and commissioning of new machinery. · Provide Maintenance, User Interface and Process training to the customer. · Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs and breakdowns. · Provide technical support to customers during normal business hours when the technician is not traveling. · Upgrade product installation and startup.
