You will work night shifts and ensure that all orders are picked accurately. You will walk the floor, maintain oversight, and quickly identify what needs to be done. You support your team, resolve issues, and make sure everyone knows their tasks. You are visible on the floor, approachable, and keep operations running smoothly.
