Job description

The Table Games Dealer is responsible for dealing all assigned table games while ensuring game integrity and accuracy. The Table Games Dealer assists the Table Games Supervisor with tracking play, completing required documentation, and maintaining proper game observation. Actively greets guests, recruits new players, and delivers friendly, exceptional service to every guest. Reads, verifies, and signs appropriate documents when necessary. Able to add monies and chips to properly payout winning bets. - Acknowledges, greets, and converses in English with customers who approach the Table Games area. - Deals assigned games by delivering cards or assigned games pieces, determining winners and losers, collecting, and paying bets. - Protects the integrity of games through observation and follows appropriate procedures. - Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. - Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills and be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language. - High School Diploma or GED Required. - Must be at least 19 years of age to work in the Casino. - Must be able to follow and un...
