JAS is an international, non-asset-based supply chain services and solutions company. Our services include air and ocean freight forwarding, contract logistics, customs brokerage, distribution, inbound logistics, truckload brokerage and other supply chain management services, including consulting, the coordination of purchase orders and customized management services. This is a 10-Week Project-Based Internship, where you’ll gain hands-on experience, work cross-functionally within local departments, branches, and other JAS offices around the globe. As an operations intern you will assimilate how international shipments and supporting data are planned, executed, managed, and monitored on various management levels. This opportunity offers regular engagement with a wide array of stakeholders, to help foster a deep understanding of global logistics operations. Providing exposure and job shadowing in various JAS Departments including, but not limited to: Air/Ocean Freight, Import/Exports, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing, and Sales.
