People Partner Department: HR: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: AUS Sydney Clarence Street: Reporting To: Jack Marchington: Description: Role Purpose: The People Partner for Australia and Singapore play a critical role in enabling the success of the Australian and Singapore businesses by acting as the key point of contact for all people-related topics. This role supports leaders and colleagues across the region, ensuring alignment with our global People strategy while tailoring support to the unique needs of the Australian and Singapore markets. As part of the wider Global Business Partnering Team, the People Partner delivers core cyclical processes with support from Global Function People Leads, partners with the local leadership team on the annual people plan, supports employee relations matters, and oversees key areas including performance, engagement, pay review, and local compliance (including immigration and visa requirements). This role contributes significantly to creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
