This includes ensuring consistent execution of revenue collection and expense management practices, operational and contractual obligations, resident relations policies and procedures, and employee hiring, training, development and retention. Key Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To: - Ensures the property meets all contractual and operational obligations—safety, security, maintenance, marketing, landscaping/curb appeal, etc. - Develops and administers operating and capital expense budgets which reflect the owner’s performance - Forecasts and oversees major capital expense projects, including HVAC systems, roofing, and parking lot surfacing, etc. - Performs operational reviews and take corrective action to address deficiencies - Maintains complete, accurate, legible and compliant documentation and property files - Coordinates timely revenue co...
