This includes managing production goals, updating project schedules, and developing the skills and performance of pipefitting personnel, including Foremen, Lead, Journeymen, and Apprentices. The Supervisor will ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project deadlines, serving as a critical link between management and production teams. This position requires working in both indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions. The employee may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, loud noise, and moving mechanical parts. Physical activity may include climbing, lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
