Work where you matter. A Brief Overview: The Director – Contract Lifecycle Management is responsible for leading enterprise contract management processes, governance, and compliance across Avera. This role owns the end-to-end contracting process for non-procurement agreements—including intake, drafting, review, negotiation, finalization, and ongoing lifecycle management—and establishes enterprise standards for contract structure, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Operational stakeholders retain ownership of business decisions, scope, and performance expectations, while this role ensures contracts are structured and finalized in alignment with enterprise standards.
