About this role: We’re seeking a strategically minded and influential Manager Regional Risk to champion the uplift and integration of enterprise risk management across Queensland Rail’s Regional business. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape how risk is understood, communicated and managed across our operations — ensuring our people, customers, assets and communities are protected through strong frameworks, informed decision‑making and mature risk culture. As a leader within the Regional Safety, Risk & Services team, you will drive meaningful enterprise risk capability, partner with leaders to strengthen organisational resilience, and guide how risks are identified, monitored and acted on across a diverse and complex operational environment.
