Description Job Summary: Work closely with the Facilities Lead Specialist in day-to-day maintenance, setup, and custodial tasks. Responsibility consists of all aspects of maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the James River Church West Campus. Essential Responsibilities & Duties: - Assist the Facilities Lead Specialist with daily building maintenance, custodial duties, and room setups. - Perform routine cleaning of classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas to maintain a clean and welcoming campus. - Set up and tear down rooms for services, events, meetings, and special functions according to provided layouts. - Monitor campus spaces for cleanliness, safety concerns, and maintenance needs, reporting or addressing issues promptly. - Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing filters, painting, and minor repairs as assigned. - Ensure trash, recycling, and supplies are properly stocked, collected, and disposed of. - Support event preparation and breakdown, including evenings and weekends as needed. - Follow established cleaning, safety, and security procedures to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests. - Receive and track w...
