We are so glad you are interested in joining Sutter Health! Organization: SRMC-Sutter Roseville Med Center Position Overview: This position will have a focus on NICU and Labor and Delivery (L&D). Performs therapeutic, diagnostic, and emergency respiratory care procedures and provides assessment, treatment, care and evaluation for patients with respiratory insufficiencies. EDUCATION: Other: Graduate of Respiratory Care Program accredited by the Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE: CA Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) required. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred. NRP-Neonatal Resuscitation Provider within 180 days of hire. BLS - Basic Life Support: PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN: Experience with intubation of infants strongly preferred. Acute care clinical experience in Respiratory Care, training in arterial puncture and blood gas analysis. Previous experience in performing EKG is desired.
