Location: Fort Wayne Medical Oncology and Hematology Pay Range: $87,318.40 - $181,355.20 Position Summary: Responsible for the overall leadership, operations, and performance of the Radiation Department, including supervision of staff, regulatory compliance, and daily workflow management. This role combines operational oversight with direct clinical support, serving as a Radiation Therapist as needed to ensure timely and efficient patient care. Provides hands-on delivery of radiation therapy treatments, including operation of linear accelerators and/or brachytherapy, in accordance with physician orders and established clinical protocols. Ensures accuracy, safety, and quality in all treatment administration. Additionally, responsible for acquiring simulation images using CT or other imaging modalities to support treatment planning and optimize patient outcomes.
