Job Summary: In collaboration with the Nursing Directors and Senior Nurse Director, the Assistant Nurse Director plans, organizes, implements and oversees clinical and program development within Procedural Services (inclusive of, but not limited to, Endoscopy, Radiology, Infusion, Pain Management, Cardiac Rehab, and Float Pool) to contribute to meeting the mission and goals of BWFH as well as the regulatory requirements of the TJC and other applicable federal, state and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.
