Building Location: Essentia Living Center Department: 3073090 NURSING HOME - FS SNF Job Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to serve at Essentia Living Center, our long-term care facility in Fosston, Minnesota. This RN or LPN works 12-hour shifts, 6 am to 6 pm, an average of 30 hours per week. Every third weekend and a holiday rotation are required. Sign-on bonuses are available: $3K for LPNs, $10K for RNs with an ADN, and $15K for RNs with a BSN. This employee qualifies for full time benefits.
