Job Shift: Nights Job Type: Full Time: Up to $10,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months. The Registered Nurse, using critical thinking skills, coordinates and provides safe, quality care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Assists in organizing patient care activities as assigned. Education: Experience: License: Certifications: *AWHONN FHM Advanced course *AWHONN FHM Simulation (FHMSIM) Intermediate level *C-EFM (NCC-Electronic FM) - Assesses physical, psychosocial, educational and growth and development needs of the patient. - Develops a written plan of care using assessment data. - Implements nursing care plan. - Evaluates patient's response to interventions. - Demonstrates leadership skills - Assists in organizing Patient Care Activities - Required: Graduate of Registered Nurse Program - None - REGISTERED NURSE - BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN) - Pass EKG test within 180 days of hire Inexperienced (Novice or new to L&D): - ACLS (AMERICAN HEART ASSN) - WITHIN 180 DAYS OF HIRE - NRP (AMERICAN ACADEMY OF PEDIATRICS - WITHIN 90 days - AWHONN INTERMEDIATE FETAL MONITORING Course- WITHIN 9 months - Experienced...
