JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION This is a remote position on a 24/7/365 mental health crisis/suicide prevention focused team. This position will provide clinical oversight for staff who handle incoming chat/text messages through 988 Suicide Prevention and Crisis and will provide quality assurance measures to include chat/text audits and silent monitoring of all Crisis Specialist staff.
