We are a well-established team of 4 neonatologists and 5 NNPs . We have a manageable Level III NICU — a place where you’ll care for a balanced-mix of patients without the high-volume burnout . Hospital-employed pediatricians handle routine newborn care , allowing you to focus on what you do best. Whether you're looking for a full-time role or part-time flexibility, we invite you to consider joining our team. Your Work Schedule (Full-Time): - ~2 weeks/month alternating between primary and backup neonatologist roles - Primary neonatologist - In-house daytime coverage (8 a.m. – 4 p.m.) of primary patients and supervision of half of NNP patients - At-home backup for in-house NNP overnight - Attend high-risk deliveries (<27 weeks, major anomalies) - Backup neonatologist - Short in-house rounding (8 a.m. – 11 a.m.) on pri...
