As a Laboratory Quality System Manager, a typical day might include the following: Manage SEL’s laboratory accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, and other requirements. Oversee and enhance SEL’s Laboratory Quality Management System (LQMS). Teach, train and audit laboratory staff on SEL processes and procedures. Respond to laboratory non-conformances and process shortcomings quickly and effectively. Develop data analytics to drive laboratory improvements and decisions.
