A day in the life: As an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) on this brand new contract, you will work with a team of cybersecurity and engineering professionals to support and maintain the security posture of critical information systems. This role involves ensuring systems operate in compliance with established security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements while protecting sensitive and classified information. What you bring to the table: - 10+ years of experience as an ISSO on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university OR 4 years of additional experience as an ISSO may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. - DOD 8570 compliance IAM Level 1 (CAP, CND, Cloud+, GSLC, Security+CE, HCISPP) or higher - Experience is to include at least 2 of the following areas: knowledge of current security tools; hardware/software security implementation; communication protocols; and encryption techniques/tools - Ability to provide support for a program, organization, system, or enclave-s information assurance program - Experience providing support for proposi...
