In this role, you will lead the external financial reporting functions and have direct exposure to leaders within Accounting, Finance, Legal and other departments across the Company. Directs and manages the Company’s external reporting (including but not limited to Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and Annual Proxy Statement) and technical research and implementation of accounting issues to ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements .
