Assembly Technician

Originally focused on the underground coal mining industry, Matrix has expanded into new industrial markets in the United States and globally. We are currently seeking an Assembly Technician to assemble components, sub-assemblies, and finished goods to defined product specifications. This role supports technical assembly and kitting operations and requires consistent adherence to standard work practices, attention to detail, and sound judgment when making decisions within established standards and procedures. This position works in a team environment at our home office in Newburgh, IN and is not a remote position. This position reports to the Production Supervisor.
