This Opportunity WSP is seeking a Senior Environmental Planner to join our expanding Pacific Northwest Environmental Impact Assessment and Permitting service group. The position is either remote or hybrid working out of our Seattle, Redmond (WA), Bend, Portland or Boise offices. The position will be filled by a detail-oriented candidate, with strong writing skills and ability to manage multi-discipline work flows. The Senior Environmental Planner will lead environmental assessment, permitting and compliance services in support clients in the power, oil and gas, manufacturing, and data center sectors. This role will work closely with project managers to ensure environmental deliverables are prepared according the quality, budget and schedule requirements. Your Impact: - Leading and reviewing NEPA, SEPA, and/or CEQA environmental documents - Developing environmental compliance strategies and preparing documentation related to compliance with: - NEPA and SEPA - Energy Facility Siting in OR and WA (EFSC or EFSEC) - USFS Special Use Permits and forest management plans - BLM right-of-way agreements and resource management plans - Clean Water Act, Section 404/Section 401 - Land Use Planni...
