Job Description: Job Summary This position oversees tractor trailer movement in the transportation network, ensuring safety training and compliance. He/She manages staffing levels, trailer activity, and equipment needs while meeting service and cost goals. This position reviews daily operational reports to manage productivity and performance. He/She monitors results (e.g. safety tests, observations, etc.) to ensure compliance with government agencies and Occupational Safety and Health.
