Description TRAP ROCK BREWERY a fast-paced, upscale, fine dining restaurant and microbrewery, is seeking experienced backwaiters/food runners. Backwaiters/Runners' General Responsibilities: - Maintain attentiveness to refill water glasses promptly. - Clear and reset tables in a timely manner. - Polish and replace beautiful glassware and silverware. - Clear bus tubs from the bar area. - Assist servers and bartenders as needed. Food Runner General Responsibilities: A seasoned backwaiter/food runner can seamlessly transition between these roles.
