Basic Job Functions: Leads complex, cross ‑ functional IT initiatives supporting enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Microsoft Fabric, Oracle ERP, WMS, OTM and HCM clouds, ensuring delivery aligns with business strategy, enterprise architecture standards, security, and compliance requirements. Manages multiple concurrent, high ‑ impact projects from demand intake through delivery and transition to operations. Acts as a senior delivery leader and trusted partner to business and IT stakeholders, translating strategic objectives into executable plans and measurable business outcomes through disciplined project management, governance, and continuous improvement. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent years of work experience. PMP Certification required. Minimum 10 years of related work experience. 7+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise IT initiatives.
