Position Title Pharmacy Technician II - Home Infusion Call Center Southlake Campus: Position Summary / Career Interest: Join our Home Infusion team! This is a full time position located at our Southlake campus in Lenexa, Kansas. Our Customer Care Pharmacy Technicians work in an office setting environment and support the care coordination of our patients by calling patients to confirm refill schedules, supply checks, perform medication reconciliation, reschedule IV pump returns and other tasks as assigned to ensure patient's needs are being met for their Home Infusion care. Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions: - Prepares medications and supplies for dispensing: Efficiently and accurately prepares basic and advanced sterile compounds following all established procedures and safety protocols. Passes annual sterile compounding competency with no corrections. Accurately fills patient supplies delivery orders for dispensing. - Distributes medications, supplies and stock items: Able to recognize potential delays then triage and escalate shipping complications.
