Job description

We are seeking dependable, compassionate individuals to join our dining services team at the Heritage Pointe of Fort Wayne. We currently have part-time, food service openings, working 20 – 24 hours per week, 3:30p - 7:30p and every other weekend/holiday. Our Dining Services Members are responsible for assisting in the preparation, serving, and cleanup of meals in accordance with facility guidelines and residents’ dietary needs. Responsibilities: Qualifications : - Prepare and serve meals and snacks according to the menu and dietary requirements - Ensure proper portion control and food safety procedures are followed - Deliver and retrieve food trays in a timely and courteous manner - Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, dining, and storage areas - Assist with dishwashing and sanitizing kitchen equipment - Follow all food handling and sanitation procedures according to local health department guidelines - Interact with residents and staff in a professional and friendly manner - High school diploma or equivalent preferred - Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or healthcare is a plus - Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team...
