Construction Project Manager

Job description

We are seeking an initiative-taking, organized, and meticulous Project Manager to join the regional Construction Management department. The Project Manager will be responsible for the following general description, but not limited to the list below: - Support of the project team for the successful, timely, and budget controlled completion of assigned construction and capital improvement projects - Preparation and management of the project budget, project schedule, and the AHJ permitting process - Selection of architects, engineers, trade consultants, and contractors appropriate for the project requirements - Oversee the project drawing and specification process, review progress information to completion of scope of work documents - Obtain proposals and bids, prepare proposal/bid comparison forms, and provide consultant/contractor recommendations - Obtain ownership/manager approval of recommendations or alternate solutions - Prepare professional service agreements and construction contracts using standard formats - Organize and participate in project meetings, site visits, and workplace inspections to document progress and address any issues, deficiencies, and concerns - Prepare and...
