Purpose of the Job: As a Change Implementation Manager, you act as a project manager responsible for the implementation of WB FCP products and services for our operational teams. You ensure these implementations are delivered professionally, efficiently, and through structured project management. You serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for ING’s operational team and coordinate closely with WB FCP Delivery Tribes and Centres of Excellence (CoE). Your role and work environment: The Change Implementation Manager ensures effective, client-focused, and timely implementation of products and services. You own the full onboarding lifecycle, including delivery milestones and the successful handover to operational teams for BAU support.
