Milestone Technologies is seeking a Ticket Administrator. This role is vital in providing exceptional support to our client's employees. They aim to ensure a smooth, efficient, and timely process for all requests and inquiries. Responsibilities: - Processing hardware requests submitted through inventory/tracking systems. - Obtaining necessary approvals for hardware requests when required. - Providing clear and concise updates on request statuses. - Interacting with end-users through a ticketing system to gather relevant information. - Handling post-fulfillment communication. - Performing additional duties as assigned by Milestone or the client. - Managing a high-volume ticket queue for IT hardware requests. - Ensuring timely resolution of outstanding issues within hardware requests. - Researching hardware requests to ensure compliance with service level agreements. - Providing coverage for colleagues as needed.
