Welder Shop Manager We are seeking an experienced Welder Shop Manager to oversee operations in our welding/fabrication shop, body shop, and minor mechanical repairs for used Class 6–8 trucks and related equipment. This leadership role is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the shop staff and functions, ensuring efficient maintenance processes, high-quality workmanship, and timely project completion. Key responsibilities include: Managing daily operations of the welding/fabrication and body shop. Supervising and mentoring maintenance and welding staff. Overseeing inspection, repair, pre/post servicing, and quality assurance processes. Coordinating vehicle distribution and disposal at the Division level. Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Collaborating with other departments and management to optimize fleet and equipment support. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise in welding and fabrication, and experience in managing a team in a maintenance or repair environment.
