About this Role This full time opening will process mortgage loan application files for accuracy and completeness. In this Role You Will: - Verify the loan application data is complete - Verify the fee's section of the loan application is complete and accurate - Generate and mail initial disclosures to the Loan Applicant(s) - Ensure accuracy of change circumstances made by the Mortgage Loan Processor - Generate and mail required new disclosures Qualifications, Competencies and Skills: - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); - Three (3) to Six (6) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience - PC Proficiency preferred - Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form - Able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in non-standardized situations
