Overview: Full Time Carpenter/Maintenance Representative for Condominium Management Company with properties based in Hartford, New Haven, and Middlesex Counties. *Applicant must be Hartford or Tolland County based* The maintenance representative is responsible for preventive, responsive, emergency and routine maintenance throughout properties managed primarily in the Hartford County region. Travel to surrounding towns may also be required. Prior property maintenance experience is preferred but not required. Individuals should be able to work independently as well as in a group setting. Applicants are expected to maintain their own set of hand tools and reliable truck or van. Duties: Overall maintenance of properties. Routine services include but are not limited to, painting, sheet rock repair, cleaning, siding repair, light masonry work, gutter cleaning, light bulb replacements and general carpentry. Ensure all maintenance requests are handled in an efficient and professional manner. Provide prompt response to work orders via Smart Phone (provided by employer) email and other applications.
