Key Responsibilities: Raise orders as required to ensure continuity of stock on engineers’ vans and for scheduled jobs Produce order requests and documentation accurately for issue to suppliers and use by other key contacts Pick stock in stores for operatives as per materials request forms Manage the receipt of goods and services, ensuring items are available when needed Reviewing and resolving invoice/PO matching queries Handling incoming mail, e-mail and calls, assisting with replies and resolutions of all queries Maintain stock management and control systems by recording items received an...
