Expectations and Tasks: Map business processes to solution requirements. Drive change management to achieve business transformation objectives. Support end-to-end solution design and configuration across all relevant solutions (on-premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards. Plan transitions of customer solution landscapes. Drive deployment of best practice business processes for specific Lines of Business. Support pre-sales activities.
