THE ROLE: The Performance Analyst performs daily return reviews and understands department systems and procedures. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Reviews daily performance reports for accuracy. Responds to questions regarding performance calculations and performance reports. Calculates and reviews performance numbers; research performance issues; generates and distributes performance reports to internal and external customers. Works with internal departments to provide regulatory materials. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 0-2+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree preferably with a concentration in accounting, finance or other related financial discipline or equivalent experience in the mutual fund or securities industry.
